The Kleenoil Filtration Unit is made of cast aluminum with a stainless steel mounting bracket. There are five basic sizes, which are installed according to the specification table below. The filter is connected to the engine lubricating oil system in a bypass loop using Teflon stainless steel braided hose assemblies and fittings to SAE standards.
Kleenoil Filtration Units
The Kleenoil By-pass Filter can be installed on any combustion engine from the smallest car or compressor to locomotives, boats, and the largest earth-moving machines. It can also be used as a very effective fuel filter and may be fitted on all types of hydraulic equipment. See also mobile filtration units and hydraulic kits.
